Informacje:
Tom Dice (właśc. Tom Eeckhout) urodził się 25 listopada 1989 r. w Eeklo, gdzie mieszka do dziś. W wieku 15 lat założył grupę The Dice. Popularność w Belgii zdobył w 2008 roku, jako uczestnik drugiej belgijskiej edycji programu X-Factory, w której zajął drugie miejsce (zwycięzcą został wówczas Dirk De Smet, prowadzącą była Hadise a w jury zasiadał Kris Wauters z grupy Clouseau). Pierwszym wydanym singlem Toma był cover piosenki Leony Lewis Bleeding love. W ubiegłym roku był również nominowany do nagrody belgijskiego oddziału stacji muzycznej TMF (The Music Factory) dla najlepszego debiutanta.
